How often do you have a mermaid attend your pool party? Scarlett was one such lucky girl! The Little Mermaid attended her 7th birthday party in San Luis Obispo on May 6th and had a blast hanging out with the birthday girl and her friends! We hope Scarlett had a magical time being crowned princess for a day at her own swim-filled party!
