Special Friends Day with Queen Elsa and Captain America

Queen Elsa and Captain America had an enchanting and super adventurous time with all who attended Special Friends Day at the Porterville Fair this year. Hugs and pictures were in high demand as Queen Elsa and Captain America enjoyed rides and many of the fairs activities with new friends.
