This is Dorothy she is 3 and has been diagnosed with cancer.

She is a precious soul. There’s a very kind family up in SLO county who, rather then buying each other Christmas gifts, do an act of kindness for someone in need. Elsa was invited to her house by this family, to surprise Dorothy. She was absolutely elated! Elsa fell in love with this precious one. Please Keep her and her family in prayer.
